Good Practices with the MUG

13.08.2020

As part of #goodpracticeswiththeMUG series, let’s remind ourselves the basic principles that will help us return to earlier functioning faster. Let’s act responsibly in order to take care of ourselves and others.

#1 Germs tend to survive on surfaces of our smartphones. Viruses could be easily transferred between fingers and glass surfaces. It’s good to remember to regularly clean our phones, for example with an alcohol wet wipe or another disinfectant.

#2 During the day, our hands touch many surfaces that may be contaminated with the virus. Refrain from hugs, kissing and shaking hands while greeting.

#6 We touch many surfaces that may be contaminated with the virus. Touching your eyes, nose or mouth with contaminated hands can cause the virus to spread from the surface onto the organism.

#7 When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or a handkerchief. Covering the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing prevents the spread of germs, including viruses. Remember to wear the mask in designated places.
