COVID-19 vaccinations have begun

Sixty-five employees benefited from freewill vaccination against COVID-19 which on 29th of December 2020 has been started by Universal Clinical Center (Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne). First group included chiefs, heads of clinics, nurses and representatives of directory of the UCK and authorities of the Medical University of Gdańsk.

Vaccinations in Pomerania have been initiated on 27th of December 2020 in Pomeranian Centre for Infectious Diseases and Tuberculosis (Pomorskie Centrum Chorób Zakaźnych i Gruźlicy w Gdańsku PCChZ) when 75 medical workers vaccinated. Amongst them was Tomasz Smiatacz M.D., Ph.D., Head of Department of Infectious Diseases, provincial consultant in the field of infectious diseases.
